We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please e-mail an image of your damaged jewelry to to discuss possible options. Repairs will not be accepted after 365 days of its original order date.

**Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: chipped, cracked or broken pearls, shells or gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading.

Please note customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs and are responsible for all related shipping fee's for their return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.


Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable and are already included in your order when checking out.


If you decide to place a new order, the cost of shipping will not be included and will have to be paid again.
